Auroville basketball training organization dedicated to helping children achieve their basketball related goals and reach the “next level.” We hope our players will reach their highest potential by utilizing cutting-edge training techniques and a distinctive coaching style that stresses physical improvement, mental growth, and leadership. We have efficient Trainers, who have not only “made it” to a high level but they understand each player is different. We are excellent at identifying what each player needs in order to reach the next level. We cater boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 20 years with primary goals of teaching them the fundamentals of basketball and using the sport for character development.

Motor Skills

Learning to play basketball involves dribbling, throwing and catching. Beginning basketball training at a young age improves gross motor skills by using major muscle groups. It improves their flexibility and endurance. Every child will also benefit from improved fine motor skills, such as hand eye coordination.

Psychological development

Becoming involved with basketball helps kids develop psychologically. Team sports improve a child’s ability to communicate and solve basic problems. Experiencing the benefits and difficulties of healthy competitions at a young age prepare them to face challenges in later life. Basketball teaches children social skills and coping strategies that are useful at school, home and in peer relationships.
